Frequently Asked Questions
Must visitors wear footwear?
To maintain a hygienic environment, all galaxy travelers are asked to keep socks or shoes on throughout our diverse exploration and play areas but we are currently not enforcing a strict policy.
When can we go to Starbase Kidz?
Launch times are Monday-Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We also offer a 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM window on Sundays for our interstellar explorers.
Who supervises the crew?
Every junior astronaut must be under the constant care of a responsible supervising person 16-years or older to maintain safety across the entire Starbase facility.
Can we have our birthday party there?
Certainly! Our party room is ready for parties up to 20 cadets deep (plus a place for parents). Contact Us to learn more.
How much for General Admission or a Membership?
Galactic Admission grants entry for two adults and one child for $15. Any extra crew members can join the orbital fun for only $7 per person. Lunar (Monthly) Passes are available for $49 for one one month. (Better Rates available for longer passes. Contact Us for details.
The Baby can play too?
Yes, but it is not a place for babies per se but a place for grown ups to comfortably play with baby and let baby play.
Can kids older than 8 years old come into Starbase?
Yes. We are not denying entry based on age. Our recommended age range is designed for younger explorers, so older kids may find that some areas are not built for their size or style of play.
Does a party room rental include exclusive access to Starbase?
No. Party room rentals include exclusive use of the party room only, not the entire facility. Each party includes up to 20 kids plus parents, with options to decorate and customize your celebration.
Do parents have to pay for admission?
Admission includes one Space Cadet and up to two adults. Additional guests are $7 each - whether it’s a sibling, friend, grandparent, or Captain Solo.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available for all guests.
Are food and drinks allowed?
We know baby needs to eat! Snacks and drinks are allowed. We ask that outside food and drinks (AKA entire meals) not be brought in unless prior approval has been arranged. Please contact us ahead of time. We offer: Bottled drinks, Coffee and Tea, and Astronaut Ice Cream.
Can we leave and come back later?
No. Re-entry is generally not allowed due to our shared space with the trampoline park. However, monthly members, seasonal/annual pass holders can enter/re-enter as many times as they wish as long as their account is in good standing.
If I pay for jump time at Amp’d, do I get access to Starbase?
No. Starbase and Amp’d admissions are sold separately. Admission to one does not include access to the other.
What is the meaning of life?
